Terms & Conditions – TMG Retail LTD Silent Disco Events
1. Introduction
Welcome to TMG Retail LTD (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at our silent disco events (“Event(s)”). By purchasing a ticket through Flicket and attending our Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Ticket Purchases
All tickets must be purchased via our official Flicket page.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by us, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by us.
You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
3. Event Entry
Entry is only permitted to individuals who meet the stated age requirements for the Event. Some Events may be strictly 18+.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive manner.
Re-entry policies may vary per Event and will be specified at the venue.
5. Event Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to alter the Event lineup, venue, or date due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the case of cancellation, you will be offered a refund for the ticket price only (excluding booking fees, unless required by law).
In the event of rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
6. Health, Safety & Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk. Loud music and flashing lights may affect individuals with hearing sensitivities, epilepsy, or other health conditions.
By attending, you accept full responsibility for your health and safety at the Event.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property, except where caused by our negligence under English law.
Please follow all venue rules, signage, and staff instructions at all times.
7. Code of Conduct
Respectful and responsible behaviour is expected at all times.
Illegal substances, underage drinking, and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Breach of these rules may result in removal from the Event without refund.
8. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform our staff at the Event.
9. Data Protection
Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We will not share your personal details with third parties except where necessary for ticketing, safety, or legal compliance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
